The Opportunity
E3 Alliance sought a communications partner to help them promote the occupational reality of Advanced Manufacturing in Central Texas through a campaign that humanizes the opportunities and effectively reaches their target audience: high school students.
The Results
Matterlab shaped the messaging for E3’s partnering schools and manufacturing partners to ensure Advanced Manufacturing sounded interesting and engaging to high school students. We hosted a workshop for 11 school teams and interviewed local manufacturing partners to inform the messaging strategy. From there, we developed digital materials geared toward high school students and their families to help them gain a clearer understanding of Advanced Manufacturing pathways and the wage-earning potential of this career option. The final product: a toolkit for each school team to share with students to get them excited about this pathway.
